About the event
Typically, we offer public casting lessons on the third Saturday of March, April, May, June, and September. We limit the lessons to 24 students to maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio. All skill levels are welcome, and if you don’t have your own equipment, don’t worry! We have rod/reel/line outfits that participants can borrow for free. Participants need only bring proper sun screening, hydration, eye protection and the willingness to learn something new. Lessons start promptly at 10:00 AM (Please don't be late!) and last about 2 hours.
